mill self work

This millwork entertainment center uses four screws to mount the wall, allowing its removal with limited damage to the wall surface. This is done by anchoring the two outside boxes, while the angled center section is pinned between the display boxes and the tall painted center vertical plane. The pieces rest on the preexisting wood base, reducing stress on the wall anchors and allowing the pieces to float above the floor.

materials: butcher block pine base, white oak veneer, polyacrylic finish (to keep white oak from tinting pink), mdf, grey matte latex paint, bronze acrylic plastic, hue strip light kit.
